Automation that saves hours — not just ‘connected’

Map the current process → bottlenecks → reliable flows with retries, alerts, and clear owners per step.

The usual mistake

Wiring two apps “because you can” isn’t automation. Automation means removing repeatable work without creating ops debt (fragile flows nobody understands).

I use n8n, Make, and Zapier depending on the client: on-prem needs, SaaS stack, budget, and available technical staff.

Short method

  1. Observe a real week of operations
  2. Separate: what to automate vs. keep human
  3. Design the happy path and the failures (timeouts, duplicates, permissions)
  4. Document each scenario with a business owner

Deliverables I often ship

  • Lead from form/WhatsApp → CRM → task → closer notification
  • Closed-won → invoicing / folder / onboarding
  • Daily reports to Slack or email — no hand-built Excel

The KPI I care about: hours recovered per month and fewer capture errors.
